Shipping & Pickup Policy

In-stock goods are normally dispatched or made ready within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order and custom goods follow the product page or written lead time. Material delays are notified using the order contact details.

Unless checkout states otherwise, SF Express is paid by the recipient. Provide an accurate name, phone and address/pickup point.

Pickup time and location require our confirmation. Do not travel before confirmation; you may need the order number and payment record.

Inspect parcels promptly. Keep packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos and the order number if packaging or goods are damaged. Transport disruption outside our control may cause delay.
