Terms of Sale

We aim to describe size, material, colour, price, stock and production status accurately. Minor layer lines or batch colour variation are normal to 3D printing and are not automatically defects where function is unaffected.

Submitting an order creates an awaiting-payment record. Follow the order page and upload proof; payment is only confirmed after manual verification. Prices are in HKD and delivery charges appear before ordering.

If price, information or availability is clearly wrong, or we lack reasonable grounds to supply in the stated time, we will offer a correction, alternative or refund arrangement.

Custom scope, price, revisions, lead time and delivery follow our written agreement. You must have the right to let us use supplied images or models.

Use goods for their intended purpose and consider small-part, heat and child-safety risks. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
