Refund & Exchange Policy

Provide the order number, description and clear photos, and keep the item and packaging until assessment. Unauthorised returns may not be identifiable.

For a confirmed wrong item, transit damage or manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate repair, remake, replacement or refund and handle reasonable return costs caused by our error.

Contact us within 7 days about unused standard stock in original condition; non-defect return delivery is generally paid by the customer. Custom or made-to-order goods made to personal requirements, with an approved design or already produced are not accepted for simple change-of-mind return unless separately agreed.
